Return & Exchange Policy

Every book we create is special — printed just for you at the time you order. Because our titles are print-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges unless your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

If that happens, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
Just include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the issue

  • A short note about what happened

We’ll happily work with our printer to send you a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Cancellations

We begin production shortly after you place your order, so please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make a change or cancel. After that time, printing may already be underway, and we can’t guarantee changes.
